The contractor need to meet physically and give all their requirements for their loan (including the Land Title for colateral).

APPLICATION REVIEW
The Engineer review the given requirements from contractor to approve.

ONSITE INSPECTION
When the financial loan approved, the engineers need to go onsite inspection.
